1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing tickets through Ticket2Sale.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
2. Nature of Purchase
A ticket purchase grants a revocable license to attend the event, subject to the terms set by the event organizer.
3. Event Modifications
The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event, including but not limited to date, time, venue, lineup, and format.
In the event of a postponement, rescheduling, or relocation, tickets remain valid for the updated event.
4. Refund Conditions
Refunds, if offered, are strictly limited and subject to the conditions communicated in the official event notice. Failure to comply with such conditions, including time limits, voids eligibility.
5. Communication
You agree that all communications regarding the event may be delivered via email and/or official channels and are deemed received once sent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eisen Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodations, or personal expenses.7. Disputes
Any disputes arising from ticket purchases shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
