Refund & Return Policy
1. All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final. Except as expressly provided herein, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
2. Limited 24-Hour Purchase Refund Window
Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund, subject to:
- A $30 per ticket processing fee; and
- Any non-refundable payment processing fees.
After this 24-hour period, all sales are final.
3. Canceled Events
If an event is canceled (and not rescheduled), ticket holders will be eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.
4. Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, tickets shall remain valid for the new date, time, and/or venue.
Refunds will not be issued automatically in such cases.
Any refund option offered in connection with a postponed or rescheduled event:
- Is provided solely at the discretion of the event organizer;
- May be subject to specific conditions, including a limited request period; and
- Will be communicated in the official event notice.
Failure to submit a refund request within the timeframe specified in the official event notice will result in the ticket remaining valid and non-refundable.
5. Method of Communication
By purchasing tickets, you agree that all event-related communications—including but not limited to changes in date, time, venue, or refund eligibility—may be delivered via:
- Email to the address provided at the time of purchase; and/or
- Publication through official event or company channels (including website and social media).
Such communication shall be deemed received and effective when sent or published, regardless of whether it is opened, read, or acknowledged.
6. No Obligation Beyond Stated Terms
Except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law, Eisen Productions LLC or EPIC TWELVE STUDIOS LLC and Ticket2Sale.com shall have no obligation to issue refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling conflicts;
- Travel disruptions;
- Personal circumstances; or
- Failure to receive or review event communications.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms may constitute a breach of this agreement.
Ticket2Sale.com reserves the right to present this policy, proof of delivery of communications, and event details as evidence in response to any dispute or chargeback.
